Fixings:
- 1 pound onions, stripped and finely hacked
- 2 tbsp oil or spread
- 3 c milk
- 1 c without gluten chicken stock
- 12 oz mushrooms, normal white catch mushrooms, cleaned and meagerly cut
- 1 tbsp without gluten cornstarch blended in with 2 tbsp cold water
- ¼ c cleaved new parsley
- bunch of parsley stalks made into bundle garni – put in a silicon spice compartment or in a 1 x 4 espresso channel tied shut
- 1-2 tbsp sherry
- Salt and pepper
