8 cuts of entire wheat sandwich bread, outside layers evacuated
1 (8-ounce) holder strawberries, hulled and cut
4 teaspoons self-contradicting chocolate chips
Cooking shower
2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar
Headings
In an enormous bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla. Put in a safe spot.
Spot 1 tablespoon of ricotta in the focal point of 4 of the bits of bread and spread around marginally. Top with around 6 cuts of strawberries and a teaspoon of chocolate chips. Spread each with another bit of bread to make a "sandwich".
Shower an enormous nonstick skillet or iron with cooking splash and preheat. Cautiously plunge each of the "sandwiches" into the egg blend until totally saturated. At that point place on the skillet and cook over a medium warmth for 3 to 4 minutes for every side, until the outside is brilliant earthy colored and the inside is warm and chocolate is dissolved.
Move to serving places. Top with residual strawberries and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar
