Slow cooker beef pot roast
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1½ kg moved hamburger brisket
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 3 carrots, slashed
- 3 sticks of celery, slashed
- 2 parsnips, slashed
- 1 onion, slashed
- 80g catch mushrooms
- 2 cove leaves
- 2 garlic cloves, squashed
- 2 tsp English mustard
- 500ml red wine
- 250ml hamburger stock
Instructions:
- 1_/Warmth 2 tbsp sunflower oil in an enormous skillet. Residue 1½ kg moved meat brisket with 2 tbsp plain flour and season well with salt and pepper.
- 2_ /Put3 slashed carrots, 3 cleaved celery sticks, 2 hacked parsnips, 1 slashed onion and 80g catch mushrooms in the base of your moderate cooker and go it to Low.
- 3_/Burn the hamburger all over in the hot dish at that point place it on head of the vegetables in the moderate cooker.
- 4_ /Includethe 2 sound leaves, 2 squashed garlic cloves and 2 tsp English mustard at that point pour over 500ml red wine and 250ml hamburger stock. Spread with the top and cook for 7 hours.
